It appears with the introduction of the RENDERDYNAMICOVERLAY for selection we aren't calling the alpha transparency check on the image being generated.
I can't find in the code how this is done to suggest a fix. As a result selection on a fusion layout in IE6 doesn't have a transparent background. Can someone point me in the direction of where the fix is needed?
