the mapguide classic viewer is an activex control so no, tis been a while
since i looked at the activex version, but the 6.x releases did from memory,

your reg hack is for the ancient 5.0 version? (unless the newer
(older)one refernces the old

both the classic ajax and the fusion viewers already display the
co-ords out of the box?
