HI

I can some please explain me the difference between MapGuide, MapServer and
Geoserver. I understand that they are all map servers. Also I believe that
mapguide consist of a browser interface to display the maps. Is this similar
to openlayers? Are they using openlayers internally?

I can sorta understand how mapserver or geoserver integrates into a GIS
system. For example openlayers will be the front end of the GIS system.
mapserver or geoserver will server the user maps and also somehow pull data
from a database (ie postGIS) (not sure how this part works?) So is this how
MapGuide also works?

Which of these involve the least coding?

Also if I am planing to use Apache Tomcat server and JSP for server side
scripting which of the three will be a good choice?

Thanks
I eagerly awaits your reposes
