I got your AppDef to work with Fusion trunk (essentially the same as Fusion 2.0 RC1 at this point), the only change I had to make was to point the MapWidget and Overview map at the MapGroup defined, ie. change the <MapId> element for those widgets to be 'googleBase' rather than 'sheboygan' (Use the ID of the MapGroup element). The Overview didn't actually show up but that's another issue (http://trac.osgeo.org/fusion/ticket/373).

Hi Make - thanks for taking the time to help...

Your suggestion didn't work - The request to view the page resulted in the
same error as above ('maps' is null or not an object (in Maps.js Line 289
Char 23 in fusion/lib/Map.js)

I have attached three files to this response (index.html,
applicationdefinition.xml, applicationdefinition.xml.bak)

The index.html file has been edited to include the google script and key.

The applicationdefinition.xml file has been edited to show the googlebase
and sheboygan-m

The applicationdefinition.xml.bak is the original applicationdefinition.xml
file (just remove the .bak extension).

Any further help is greatly appreciated!
