Yes this is correct, the fusion editor in Maestro is currently hardcoded to
put in the V2 URL.

If it is safe to use the V3 url, keeping in mind the latest version of
fusion that Maestro "officially" supports is the one that comes with MGOS
2.2 and MGE 2011, then I can make this change to use the V3 url.
