Hey Gord, You can adjust the size of the window and activate the dialog chrome so you are able to move the window as well.
Within the PreviewDialog.js file on line 175 and 177, if you comment those out it will reintroduce the title bar so you can move the window. If you want the scroll bars back, you can change the delta x or y which doesn't affect the map, but just the window.
