I'm experiencing this issue with a Win 8, 64bit machine running VS 2012, with a AIMS 2014 build. I've tried everything that is listed in here with no luck. And since my app is a .Net 4.0 application I can't not compile it as such so my application pool on the local IIS is v4.0.
The error is: Could not load file or assembly 'MapGuideDotNetApi' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. >From everything I can find that's a 32bit dll issue, even thought I'm running the 64bit install of AIMS and using the 64bit dlls for both the local build of the web application as well as the Map server. Is there any fix for this? building a .Net app without the ability to debug is much harder than it needs to be. thanks. -- View this message in context: http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/Compile-Error-An-attempt-was-made-to-load-a-program-with-an-incorrect-format-tp4182810p5061989.html Sent from the MapGuide Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ mapguide-users mailing list mapguide-users@lists.osgeo.org http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/mapguide-users
