Thanks! I always tested the wms-service from outside the MapGuide-server
(including the GetCapabilities request), and as I said it was working fine
from my Desktop and other machines.
But now I tried the GetCapabilities request from a webbrowser on the
Mapguide-server, and I'm getting the same error-message as James. So it is
very likely that this is the problem... The port appears to be blocked on
the MapGuide-server. I'm going to test this, and will confirm if the
problem is solved.
