Thanks Hans! I gave up with Mapguide and WFS. I just wanted to try to get it working. As you mentioned Geoserver is good for provide WFS servise so I tried it. I tried to create service using Postgis and view it using Autocad and Qgis but I failed. I keep trying, some sample WFS service(created using shp datasource) working great with Cad and Qgis.
