There is word that even though the Nobel Committee timed its award for
President Obama to coincide with Leif Erickson Day which Obama proclaimed
officially on Ootober 9 as all Presidents since 1964 have done, my sources in
the White House indicate that Obama refuses to declare the Vinland Map as
authentic.
Wise decision. As we all know, it was a fake map concocted by Enzo
Ferrajoli the well-known source for the map but also a shady dealer with an
established record as a thief and one-time Nazi sympathizer.
