I am presently using MapInfo 5.5. When I insert an Excel file into a layout MapInfo does not retain my formating as in Excel. I lose cell formating and column formating. When in MI layout I readjust the column spacing MI will not save it. Each time I open the table in my workspace I lose it...! Has anybody else experienced this problem or have a workaround solution.
