You can use Save Copy as... and on the dialog select a new projection to
answer the second part of your question first!

However if you are doing this to improve accuracy be aware that the
accuracy is already lost in your first table - if no bounding rectangle
being used!!

The first part could be done in MapBasic with a program that reads all
the source tables in a for next loop and uses append rows to table...
appending to seven master layers.

I dont think you can achieve result without MapBasic!??!
