18. Trying to undo the damage from service pack
19. Trying one last thing to finish the project and going home (voodoo
software comes into play here).
20. BUT LAST AND NOT LEAST, trying any of the 19 actions enumerated in the
last and actually lose your last project and cry...

it on PC, Mac or UNIX

trying to improve it
