17. Installing the service pack
18. Trying to undo the damage from service pack
19. Trying one last thing to finish the project and going home (voodoo software comes into play here).
20. BUT LAST AND NOT LEAST, trying any of the 19 actions enumerated in the last and actually lose your last project and cry...

2.  use it to complete cartographic task
3.  use it to complete a task
4.  put GIS person on front of it
5.  put cartographer on front of it
6.  spill pink goo on CPU while it is running
7.  have an hour worth of un-saved MI work
8.  run it on PC, Mac or UNIX
9.  look at the screen the wrong way
10. install Arcview on the same or nearby machine
11. have Bill's programmers trying to improve it
12. have me trying go finish something and go home soon

running out of ideas - anyone help?
