MI Lambert Conic Projection

Hello,
Does anybody had problems with this projection? I am working on a map of
Mexico and I created this projection:
"Lambert Conformal Conic (Mexico)", 3, 72, 7, -101, 23.5, 17.5, 29.5, 0, 0

But it does not project the map on the right position.
