Hi Sandeep,
You have to relate the size/scale of the MAPPER WINDOW you wish to map, to
the paper you are going to use. It is not difficult, but can be time
consuming. I have a MapBasic program that will set ANY MAP to ANY SCALE
providing the output paper size is known. I will be posting it as soon as I
can find the source code (in case folks out there would like alterations).
The current version only supports Laserjet IV & HP650C/755C plotters, but it
can easily be adapted to work for any printer.
Let me know if you are interested and I will get it out there faster.
