I have used it at the, say, intermediate beginner level. I am very, very
impressed. Also their tech support is very responsive. The tech support
seems to be one of the developers or certainly someone who is thinking about
GIS at a fundamental level, not someone off the street with 2 weeks
training. I am anxious to explore it further. The learning curve was a bit
steep but the documentation was pretty good. My impression is that the
development team is really top class with a lot of applied math and analysis
background. I think they are intending to do more with their GIS than find
the optimum place to put a Safeway or cell phone tower. The spatial analysis
capacity is very impressive. I don't know how they are making money. but
they claim they are.
