Dear All (mainly UK),

Not directly MI related but:
Apparently Geoffrey Robinson, Director General of Ordnance Survey (the UK's
national mapping agency) resigned yesterday. This was after serving only
one year in the post. Does anyone know the details as to why? I've been
fortunate to meet Geoff on a few occassions and discuss OS direction, and I
felt that he had things pretty well under control and that with his
leadership was going to take OS to some new and exciting levels.
