I am not sure #90 works for most modern mobile telephone systems. In some PABX systems, ones where you have to dial 9 for an outside line, this action transfers the caller to the system. From here, they can make an outbound call, long distance or international if the owner allows them, using the system. Do not dial anything for someone claiming to be from the telephone company. The TELCO has ways to test without the customer's involvement, and any such a call should be reported to the fraud investigation department. Best regards, Bruce B.
