I know this isn't a complaint forum, but perhaps some
mild embarrassment to Mapinfo might improve their
customer service.
I have been out of the USA on business and have
repeatedly tried to get ahold of someone at Mapinfo to
renew my MapX contract via their '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'
email address.
Is anyone else having difficulty mailing to this
BlackHole email address?
Perhaps Mapinfo can take all their "not replied to
emails"
and map how many people in what areas they have
irritated.
