Hello Fellow MapXers,
1) You can modify any portions of your group subscription including
frequency of emails you get, type of email (text or html), digest, etc.
2) This group can have more than 1 moderator. I am wondering who is
willing to be moderator? It's up to you guys on how many moderators there
are.
3) If this MapX is spammed, we do have the option of blocking out the
offending e-mail that sent the spam.
4) Do you want to make this group open for anyone to post (even not a
member) or Member-only posting?
5) I have taken some flaks for starting this group. Someone told me that
there was such group in existence through MapInfo. I just went ahead and
started one after some people kept asking for one and no one had
responded.
