from the EIA. It's on their EIAGIS-NG CD. Just send them a blank
CD, and they'll fill it with MapInfo-formatted US energy-related
infrastructure data. Web page is http://www.eia.doe.gov and
search for EIAGIS-NG. There's a nuke link there
too.
