Warmendam's permission to do all this to his software.

About a week ago I looked into the reference Bill Thoen gave back in January
about the SDTS translation software written by Frank Warmerdam. I reviewed
Warmerdam's documentation [<A HREF="

ts/sdts/index.html</A>] and I came away impressed.
I have migrated Warmerdam's work from UNIX to Windows (using Borland's C++
Builder) and I have added a user interface so that it is not just a UNIX
command line. I would like to know what other's experiences are with this
conversion software - whether it chokes on anything the USGS puts out, etc.
If you would like a copy of the evaluation program (it goes by the name of
MTSDTS), contact me and I'll supply you with a copy together with its
supporting material.
