Hi! I am wondering if anyone know why when you translate a MapInfo file back to either CAD or Microstation, that the scale is completely out. I have been trying to convert a layout back to Microstation, and each layer ends up out of projection. I am using Hong Kong 1980 Grid Projection, and I have tried various measures and the same thing happens.
