Any ideas about what I can write in a SQL select statement to select all the objects
in one layer that do not lie within an objects in the layer above. It seems top be so
straight forward to select those that lie within an object on the upper layer, so
presumably I am missing something completely obvious about how to do it the opposite
way round.

Any advice gratefully received!
