Hello everyone,
Has anyone had success scaling coordinates using
the Affine clause, either in the Mapinfow.prj file or implemented in a .MIF
file.
I can not seem to get any results. What I am trying
to do is to take a table which has coordinates in millimeters and permanently
convert to metres. I have tried the following
Affine parameters:
0.001, 0 , 0 , 0 , 0.001 ,
0
