This is an interesting approach that could have solved the whole thing but
the problem is when
you change the angle of the text using MapBasic Alter Object, the MBR for
the text is not refreshed.
I have tryed many ways and cannot get the MBR to fit the new 0 degree angle.
The most frustating part is that when you do it in MapInfo through the text
object dialog (after double-clicking on the object) the MBR is refreshed !

If anyone could shed any lights on this one that would be great !
