Subject: MI Routing Functions
I am writing my diploma at the university of
zurich with mapinfo with the subject "creating a spatial decision support
system for the development of a town". therefore I am looking for a free
tool or a cheap program for showing the funcions of routing.
This tool should be able to find the shortest
path and furthermore bo build the topology of the streets
