You can get a wealth of information on OSP InSight from www.advancefiber.com
or call them at one of their offices.  I would recommend this program to
anyone needing to establish and maintain a large database, particularly with
fiber optics.

OSP InSight uses MapInfo as part of it's interface.  Give them a call and
have one of their staff give you a demo.  It's well worth the effort.
