You can have only one "label" per object in a table.
You can, however, use the "text" tool to create as meny text objects as you
wish.
If you use "text objects" instead of "labels", I would suggest that ALL of
the annotation
on the map be text objects.
However, if you don't care about showing the multiple time zones in some
states,
you can do the following:
Add a temporary "time zone" column to the states table,
using "Update Column".
You can then change the label expression for the states table to something
like
State_Name+chr$(13)+"("+time_zone+")"
