MI-L nearest distance / fastest solution

A deep bow to Uffe Kousgaard, whose NearestNode application using a DLL to find the closest store for a given ZIP code (or any other nearest node application) is so much faster than any alternative. Thanks Uffe, I'll cheer for Denmark at the next Olympics!
