I am trying to piece together quad maps of five Pennsylvania counties.
I have a source of topo maps "without collars",
ftp://pasda.cac.psu.edu/pub/pasda <ftp://pasda.cac.psu.edu/pub/pasda>
but they have a black border on some edges. Supposedly, Arc View can
remove these edges. Is there a way to do it in MapInfo?
