Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?=20

I have a number of coverage's. Some of which are differential GPS points =
and lines. I am using the Longitude Latitude (cape) projection in =
MapInfo. So far, all data has projected correctly. These data have =
matched up perfectly with other data supplied in Lat Lon format (various =
sources)

My problem is this. I am trying to import a number of 1:30 000 aerial =
photos. These have South African LO31 and LO33 registration points =
(projection). When I import the raster images using these reference =
points the raster images project almost 300 metres south and 10 metres =
east of my existing data.

Is this a known issue? Am I missing a step somewhere? Short of modifying =
the registration points or reprojecting the images is there any other =
method of correcting the data. Is modifying the PRJ file and option?

I have also imported a vector DXF file in LO33 and it projects in the =
same manner as the raster images. Hence my conclusion is that MapInfo is =
projecting the data incorrectly. Am I correct in my assumption?
Any hints or ideas are most welcome.

Thanks
