A client of mine is running MI Pro v6.5 on a Windows 2000 PC. Whenever she clicks on the select cursor, or the zoom in/out buttons, the active map or layout window refreshes before she can use the tool. Has anyone seen this problem and is there a solution? Thx in advance.
