Hello all, We have several large sized maps (36X48in) that we want to distribute as images (TIFF, PDF whatever) for those without MapInfo. The "Save window as.." feature doesn't cut it at these large map sizes and going the PDF route doesn't seem to work for our transparent rasters (i.e. Acrobat 4 turns them opaque...ugh!).
Has anyone come up with a solution to this? Am I missing some tweak in Acrobat? How about some print file to TIFF converter?!?! One solution is to scan the maps after they have printed, but this seems dumb given the digital world the maps started in.
