I'm using MI 5.5 with Windows XP. The last few times I have opened the program, I get a message: "Cannot access file Tools for reading. Please be sure that this file is not open in another application." (It doesn't appear to be) My optional responses to this are "Retry" or "Cancel". Retry gets the same message Cancel tells me that: "(C:\windows\startup.wor:3) Cannot access file Tools" There is a folder called tools in the MapInfo directory where it has always been. Apart from general map work, the only thing I have done to MapInfo lately is install the updates for MI 5.5 from the MapInfo website. Does anyone have any suggestions?
