Listers, Has anyone using the HP DesignJet 5000 42" plotter run into any issues with incomplete maps being drawn? My client is experiencing some strange behaviour that when using a custom paper size of 36 x 50 and the Autorotate feature is turned on, the resulting print is incomplete. The layout window displays the page size as it should be, but the plot is anything but complete. We have verified that it has nothing to do with memory or drivers....but anyone doing large format plots with the 5000...can you give us a little insight as to what we are doing wrong?
