Hi listers I have heard that the hitherto secret parameters of the Bulgarian system which comprises (I understand) 4 zones termed K3, K5,K7 and K9 have or are about to be released into the public domain. Can anyone
confirm such a release has or is about happen provide the now published parameters and has anyone written the appropriate addition to the *.prj file and is willing to share it ?
