Colin, If you want just the geographic selection and the values from one of the specified tables (this could be the geography id) then you can do it with a single SQL statement.
Select * from Table1 where Table1.obj Contains Entire Any (Select Table3.obj from Table3,Table2 where Table3.obj Contains Entire Table2.obj) into Selection Where Table1,Table2 and Table3 are your tables containing 'mirrored' geography.
