I think that it is a driver issue. The latest driver may not be the best.
I have an HP 800PS and I use the 650c or 755cm driver. Never could get the
800PS driver to work. Unfortunately, it is a trial and error process.

Dear list,
We are having issues with our plotting/printing. We are trying to print
maps
to a variety of HP printers/plotters, and we are having a whole load of
problems with it.
We are using a variety of XP and NT workstations, work workspaces produced
in an NT environment being printed with XP and vice versa.
The plotters/printers are
HP 8500
HP 1055
HP 5500
Common theme?
We seem to be losing colours or they are being replaced.
It's not driver issues as we are using the most up to date, so what could
it
be? Does anyone have a solution.
Also does anyone have a suggestion as to which is the best printer, plotter
to use?
