Hello Travis, First, open the file with a text editor (Word will work), and search for "proj" to determine the data's projection. In MI 7.5, use the universal translator under the Tools menu; for MI 4.5, use ArcLink under tools. Pick e00 for format and chose whether want to translate as MIF or TAB. Make sure to choose the right projection too.
