>From the contents pane, choose "Windows Development", and then "Platform SDK". The download should contain lots of stuff in addition to the .h files (mainly geared to c/c++ dev). It looks like there's 100MB of sdk, 90MB of documentation and 10MB of sample code - and it seems to be an all or none download !
