Hi Sam and all I have written an OS masterMap to MIF/MID translator which can be downloaded free from the Bodleian Map Room website:
http://www.bodley.ox.ac.uk/guides/maps/translat.htm It translates the Topo, Address and ITN layers and applies MasterMap colours and styles.
