Hello all! I'm in a conundrum concerning carter coordinates in PA. I have carter coordinates for a well head and need the location in Lat/Long. After spending a while searching the web, there either isn't a program in existence that converts between the two or it is a big secret. So I figure if anyone would know, it would be a kind soul on this list.
