I run a MapInfo MBX on my computer, gathering ship position information in real- time & displaying it on the map. I also use the computer for other tasks.
Sometimes when I am in the middle of another task - maybe Microsoft Excel or any other application I press a key on the keyboard, and a MapInfo dialog box comes up saying "Selection Interrupted", even though the MapInfo window didn't even have focus at the time. I suspect that maybe the key that I am pressing is the ESC key, but I'm not sure if that is the only key that triggers this unwanted reaction. Anyone know how to stop this happening?
