[MI-L] [SPAM] NAD27 vs NAD27 Canada Mean

Morning all. I’ve recently come across a small issue. When I use data saved with a “NAD27 for Canada” datum and export it to a shapefile, there’s a very slight shift when opened in ArcMap. There doesn’t appear to be a “NAD27 Canada” datum in ESRI to choose from, simply “NAD27”. This doesn’t seem like a PRJ that just MapInfo uses, I’ve seen it come from Geosoft grids and I think Garmin GPS units have it as well.  Does anyone know what the difference is? Like some kind of numbers I can use for transformation between the two?
