I doubt it. Most developers want to get a job done,
and they need to be able to do it in a straightforward
way. They will not be looking for a way to snooker
their tools vendor, so long as that vendor's pricing
is reasonable, and commensurate with pricing and
licensing elsewhere in the OCX tools community.
