After some prompting on IRC I updated the DejaVu fonts being used by the
OSM Mapnik renderer to the latest 2.23 release[1]. Mapnik ships with
version 2.14.
More names now seem to be rendering correctly on the map[2].
Should the Mapnik fonts be updated?
