Yes, same for debian systems. The packaged AGG seems to work fine, although we have made a few changes locally: http://trac.mapnik.org/changeset/395 http://trac.mapnik.org/changeset/525 http://trac.mapnik.org/changeset/1054 So, Lucio maintaining the ability (within Scons) to build against both an internal and external sqlite3 is a must.
