Yes, same for debian systems. The packaged AGG seems to work fine,  
although we have made a few changes locally:

So, Lucio maintaining the ability (within Scons) to build against both  
an internal and external sqlite3 is a must.

But the option to build against an internal RTree supported version is  
good thing in my mind.
