Hello all, Just wanted to let people know that packages of Mapnik 0.5.0 should have hit the mirrors by now, in unstable, for the use of anyone using this fine distribution.
http://packages.debian.org/source/unstable/mapnik actually has outdated information as I post this, but should be updated any day now. Is there any demand for etch backports of the packages amongst people here? If so, I'm happy to produce them.
