Are there any directions on how to build Mapnik on Windows? I would use the pre-built binaries, but I have made a few modifications that I need to compile myself. I am currently trying to use the scons build, but I am having limited success. Before spending too much time trying to get everything building correctly, I would like to ensure that I am attacking the problem correctly.
